Residential Curbside Compost
Now enrolling residents in weekly pick up of organic waste. This includes home owners, condo owners, and renters.
You have the option to sign up now at full price or preregister for price drop. When your town has 300 residents enrolled or preregistered the price will be reduced for all! See below for more details.
We drop off your new curbside bin and bags! When you need more bags, order online and we drop them off the next week. The 13 gallon curbside bin comes with wheels and a locking lid for $24, half the price of retail. Your bin must have a compostable liner. This keep your bin clean and ensures all material is emptied by preventing contents from freezing to the bin in winter or sticking to the bin in summer. A paper grocery bag works well or you can purchase compostable bin liners for your 13 gallon bin or kitchen counter top container through our web store.
WHAT TO COMPOST:
You can compost a lot more than your backyard pile… Meat, Dairy, Napkins, Paper Towels, Pizza Boxes. We do not accept yard waste, grass clippings, or plastic. Click on the image to enlarge or here for a detailed print version of what’s compostable.
TEXTILES PICK UP:
The EPA estimates that 90% of textiles get thrown in the trash. We will collect your used clothing or textiles for free. That includes all clothes, shoes, sheets, towels, and curtains. Please consider donating your best clothes first to a local thrift store. All clean textiles that would otherwise be thrown in the trash, we will gladly recycle.
Start at $99.99 for 6 months (only $3.80 a week). When we get 300 households to participate in your town, the price will be reduced to $59.99 for 6 months (only $2.31/week). If you are interested in starting at either price point, please sign up below. If you select the price drop you will be notified when participation reaches 300.
