TerraCycle Zero Waste Bags for Additional Recycle Streams
We are now able to offer more ways to recycle using TerraCycle zero waste bags. Black Earth CHaRM is proud to be the only curbside collections service for TerraCycle Zero Waste Bags in the state of Massachusetts!
Each TerraCycle Zero Waste Bag can contain one hard-to-recycle category, such as all plastic packaging, beauty products, styrofoam, pet food packaging and more. Available in two sizes. Add on to a one time or subscription pick up.

- One time collection of 2 CHaRM reusable bags. These can be filled with your electronics, textiles, or donations (One category per bag). Plus, one green bag for clean stretchy plastic film waste (provided in starter kit).
MONTHLY PICK-UP
$18 / month
- Monthly collection subscription of 2 CHaRM reusable bags. These can be filled with your electronics, textiles, or donations (One category per bag). Plus, one green bag for clean stretchy plastic film waste (provided in starter kit).

The extensive list of items you are able to divert from the trash with CHaRM bags are accepted presorted into multiple categories:

The Best Possible End Use
Electronics:
Reusable electronics are data wiped and refurbished for secondary use.
Electronics beyond repair are stripped and sorted to base materials and then recycled.
Textile Recycling:
High quality and usable goods are sent to thrifts stores and non profit partners.
Lowest quality is shredded for industrial purposes.
Donations:
Donations are distributed locally to non profit partners and thrift stores.
