More Convenience, Less Hassle

Saves You Time: We handle all the hard work, so you can enjoy a healthier lawn without the hassle.

No Long-Term Commitment: Most lawn care services from other companies come in larger packages. Avoid unnecessary costs with this one-time service, accessible to everyone.

Optional Add-on Grass Seeding: For an additional charge, new grass seed will fill in bare spots and thicken your lawn. The layer of compost acts as a protective blanket through the winter months, helping the new seed germinate successfully.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Are there property requirements for this service?

A: Yes. We need:

  • A minimum gate width of 40 inches for equipment access.
  • No steps or obstacles on the way to the lawn.

Q: When can I mow after overseeding?

A: Wait at least two weeks after overseeding to mow lawn.

Q: What kind of seed do you use?

A: We apply a sun/shade seed blend that works well for most lawns. Once spread, it’s up to you to care for it so it can establish.

Q: How should I handle leaves after seeding?

A: Gently remove leaves with a blower or by hand so they don’t smother new seedlings. Avoid raking until the grass is well established.

Q: How often should I water?

A: Water lightly every day until the grass reaches 2–3 inches tall. Consistent moisture is key for germination.

Q: Will the compost be visible?

A: Yes, compost will be visible for a few weeks, but it will quickly work into the soil as the grass grows.

Q: Will you be dumping compost on my property?

A: No, there’s no delivery marker or pile. Compost is brought in and spread directly on your lawn with our spreader.

Q: What if I underestimate/overestimate my square footage?

A: We’ll spread the ordered amount of compost evenly across your lawn, which may result in a slightly thinner or thicker coverage depending on the actual size of your lawn. If a large adjustment is needed, we’ll contact you.
